Shipping Policy

The estimated delivery time for each product is mentioned in the product details page.

The delivery time for your order starts from the date of order confirmation. Shipping within India is free for all orders irrespective of their pricing value and quantity.

For deliveries within India, all taxes and duties are included in the price of the products listed on the website.

Shipping outside India is dependent on the destination country and package actual and volume weight.

For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties depends on the policies of your destination country. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

If there are any changes, please let us know by writing at bijoi.connect@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order. As our commitment towards a Sustainable living, we promote use of cloth bags and minimal usage of plastic in our packaging unless absolutely required.

Founder's note

When I look back now, I don't remember how many kilometres I travelled.

I remember names. I remember laughter.
I remember sitting cross-legged on workshop floors.
I remember being welcomed into homes by people who had only just met me.
I remember leaving every village feeling like I had received far more than I had come looking for.

BIJOI exists because of those people. I've simply tried to honour their work with the care and respect it deserves.

The artisans gave BIJOI its heart. I've spent the last few years giving that heart a place to be seen, understood, and appreciated.

I hope every BIJOI piece reminds you that the most beautiful things are still made by human hands.

Somewhere in India, someone has spent years learning to make what you've chosen. I hope that thought stays with you.
