Returns and exchange
Please keep in mind that we collaborate with skilled artisans, weavers, and embroiderers who employ traditional hand techniques and processes. As a result, minor variations in the textile, print, and weaving should be viewed as part of the unique character and authenticity of the products, and not as defects.
Before our products are dispatched, it undergoes a rigorous quality control process and we are confident that you will cherish these products even more once you receive them in hand as a person.
However, in the unlikely event if you receive damaged or defective product, you must inform us on Bijoi.connect@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. When requesting a refund, please provide the necessary transaction details to facilitate a smooth resolution. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, unused, and with all tags in place, including its original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will promptly send you an email to confirm that we have received it. In this email, we will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, the process will proceed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card. The timeline for this credit would be within 3 days of approving your return.
